I’m relativly new to Volumio and try to set up 2 Raspbery Pi 3 (one uses aux from Pi + other hifiberry amp2) to a multiroom enviroment.
Everything works exept I don’t see the snapcast plugin appear as option. I find out I can download it. But I haven’t a clue how to get it within Volumio.
Somewhere I read it’s a drag and drop thing? Some say only in older versions of Volumio?
Is there any step by step guide how to do this, is there someone who did this?

The drag-and-drop option has been omitted, I’ve submitted the last version to Volumio. It’s awaiting approval, after which it can be selected from the plugin list.

Unfortunately I can’t tell you when it will be submitted. It’s all a matter of when someone has time to review my changes, since it’s open source everything relies on people spending their spare time on the project. Same goes for me, some bugs are patched the same day, some take longer.
You can take a look here, there is a developer workaround which you can use to install plugins the unofficial way.
