PI2+justboom amp hat = failed to open Alsa

Hello,

I have a Rapsberry Pi2 with a Amp zero hat and Volumio. (for now one speaker is connected)
I follow every step justboom.co/start/set-up-ju … -and-case/
I have a 12V power supply. But my Pi doesn’t boot. So I plug my old 5V power supply micro USB.
I tried with Logilink PA0058 for the same result.

But it doesn’t work. Volumio said “Failed to open “Alsa”; failed to open Alsa device “hw:1.0”: No such file or directory”
Can you help me to solve it?

I already reset and re configure volumio

Ok, it works with the pi zero,

the issue seem coming from

if that can help someone.

I have to find why because it’s compulsory with my RPI 2

Can you explain how you got it working with your pi zero? I’m having the same issue with the Justboom digi zero.
