I’m from Switzerland and started with Volumio a week ago on a Raspberry PI, using a very simple Breeze Audio USB DAC.
A perfect way to listen to my ripped CD collection (lossless), thank you guys for the work you put into this!
Though I’m very impressed with the PI version, my aim is to get it working on a much more powerful Hardkernel Odroid-X2.

Did a proof-of-concept today with an Ubuntu LTS 14.04 image, using a FIIO E18 for testing, see attachment.
MPD and Volumio are basically working, currently with my NAS music volume connected via NFS.
But there is still a lot of work to be done…
