Control volume remotely

Hi guys,

I’m trying to integrate voulmio controls within my http://www.pimatic.org install (smarthome software).

I have learned https://forum.pimatic.org/topic/2086/control-volume-of-a-remote-mpd/3 that within pimatic I can do a “Shell execute” using the following command;

This does give me a good respons;

Indicating that on the pimatic side it all works. The problem now is, that volumio doesn’t change the volumio.
I am using the latest version, fresh install, 0.976

Can someone give me a good hint, or even a solution?

Hi All,

dus to this github.com/volumio/Volumio2/issues/613 issue I have with Volumio2 RC2 v0.976 I have reverted to Volumio V1.55.

Now the volume control is perfectly controlled from pimatic (v.09.32).
