Can we have an auto power on & off feature?
I only use bedroom volumio only during the night time so it would be very nice to have an auto on/off feature.

Seems like it would have to be ‘on’ ie powered up in order for any software related feature to work.
Can’t see how it could power itself back ‘on’ if the power was off ie shut down.
Unless you’re talking about something like a sleep mode, where its not actually OFF but in a low power state, which would allow some script [cron job] to run in the back ground to turn itself back on in the PM.
Raspberry Pi’s are already low powered so i don’t know how much you are liable to save on your electric bill.
