Audio (TOSLINK) input & switch etc

I have a Pi3 with an IQAUDIO PI-DigiAmp+ all working with volumio, the one thing that’s missing for me is being able to reliably also feed the sound from my TV (TOSLINK) or PC though it as well.

Anyone have any ideas how I might be able to do this?
