AKM AK4495EQ working with Kali reclocker ( DSD )

Hi,

AKM AK4495EQ from here :

Works fine with Kali reclocker and Terra-Berry DAC2 driver.
I have made some changes on it but are not necessary: change original filters capacitors 2200uF with 4700uF Nichicon , LM7805(no name) change with LM340 from TI ( better ripple rejection) and also add heatsinks (not necessary because they don’t warm up too much) . Also change original 5534 op. amps with 4xLME49710 and 2xOPA228 .

Works fine and sounds nice .
Tested with DSD64,DSD128 & DSD256 Beautiful sound :smiley:

You will buy transformers as needed and you will adjust the voltage of the regulators .
For exemple:

Got everything together now. It sounds wonderful.

Now I want to rebuild it. Are the parts right?

Are the parts correct?

It’s ok but you can change LM7805 with LM340 and Samxon capacitors with Nichicon or Panasaonic?
You can use only LME49710 if you want, I don’t think you can find any difference in sound .

On Playback options I can choose from DSD Direct or DoP ( DSD over PCM ) and it is working on both ways.
