This page informs you of Sound@home (from now on called ‘Application’) policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Application.

Information Collection And Use
While using our Application, we currently don’t ask you to provide us any personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
The access to "android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE" from the Application is needed to identify when a phone call starts in order to pause the music player and improve the Application user experience.
No information on the call is collected in any way from the Application.
The information of WiFi connection is not stored from the Application in any way; but the Application is simply sending them to the external device running mpd server or Volumio client to configure the connection for such device.
Log Data
Currently the Application is not collecting any specific information, except the name of the rooms set up from the users and related ip address of device running mpd server or Volumio in order to permit the connection.
The Log Data may include information such as device running mpd server or Volumio Internet Protocol ("IP") address, room name.
Communications
We are currently not collecting any Personal Information will permit us to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information since we are against this marketing approach.
Security
The Application will not guarantee any security for the transmission of data needed for the usage of the Application and this is also why the Application is not collecting any specific Personal information useful to contact you.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 14 February 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically and at any Application version update. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
